Refund and Returns Policy
At Grand Einsan Farm, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality products and reliable services. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms under which returns and refunds are applicable.
Fresh and Frozen Meat Products

Due to the perishable nature of fresh and frozen meat (beef, lamb, duck, and catfish), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the products have been delivered and received.

If the product you receive is incorrect, damaged, or not in acceptable condition upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To process your request, we may require proof of issue (such as photos or videos of the product and packaging).
Akikah and Qurban Services

Once a booking for Akikah or Qurban is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded as livestock preparation and arrangements will already be in progress.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as livestock unavailability), we will provide an equivalent replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

Wrong item delivered.

Product received in spoiled or damaged condition (with verified evidence).

Service could not be fulfilled by Grand Eisan Farm due to unforeseen circumstances.
Refund Process

Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable, except when the error is on our part.
