Refund and Returns Policy

At Grand Einsan Farm, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality products and reliable services. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms under which returns and refunds are applicable.


Fresh and Frozen Meat Products

  • Due to the perishable nature of fresh and frozen meat (beef, lamb, duck, and catfish), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the products have been delivered and received.

  • If the product you receive is incorrect, damaged, or not in acceptable condition upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • To process your request, we may require proof of issue (such as photos or videos of the product and packaging).


Akikah and Qurban Services

  • Once a booking for Akikah or Qurban is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded as livestock preparation and arrangements will already be in progress.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as livestock unavailability), we will provide an equivalent replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.


Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  1. Wrong item delivered.

  2. Product received in spoiled or damaged condition (with verified evidence).

  3. Service could not be fulfilled by Grand Eisan Farm due to unforeseen circumstances.


Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

  • Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable, except when the error is on our part.
