Delivery Coverage

  • We currently provide delivery services for fresh and frozen meat (beef, lamb, duck, chicken and catfish) within designated areas.

  • For Akikah and Qurban services, delivery or distribution arrangements will be communicated and agreed upon with the customer in advance.


Delivery Schedule

  • Orders for fresh and frozen products are typically processed and delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on availability and location.

  • For large orders or festive seasons (e.g., Hari Raya Korban), delivery times may take longer. Customers will be notified of any delays.


Delivery Fees

  • Delivery charges vary depending on location, distance, and order size.

  • Applicable fees will be displayed at checkout or confirmed upon order placement.


Handling and Packaging

  • All products are carefully packed to maintain freshness, hygiene, and quality throughout delivery.

  • Frozen items are transported using proper cold-chain methods to ensure they remain in safe condition upon arrival.


Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery at the agreed time and location.

  • If no one is available, additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.


Order Confirmation

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or phone.

  • A notification will also be sent once your order has been dispatched.
